Transport: The course is held at Newhouse Farm in Cornwall. Full directions will be provided once payment has been cleared. We are a short distance from the local train station; transport can be arranged if necessary.

What you need to bring:
Newhouse Farm is a working smallholding with plenty of mud, uneven ground and nettles. So please bring sensible footwear (wellies or trainers are good but definitely no flip flops). Also as we cannot guarantee the weather so a raincoat or umbrella could come in handy too.

‘FROM FORK TO FORK’

LUNCH WITH DICK STRAWBRIDGE

Dick Strawbridge has been regularly praised about his unique style of cooking by friends and family, and people seem to love his belief in local and homegrown produce.

Due to popular demand we are now running a limited number of lunchtime events here at Newhouse Farm. These new dates have been put aside to combine joining us for a hearty lunch with a special tour of our plot, looking at all of the different renewable technologies and gardening techniques, as well as a general introduction to sustainability.

It is a great chance to ask questions, taste an assortment of quality local organic produce, drink our cornish beer and wines and enjoy our hospitality. The cooking is all prepared by Dick Strawbridge with a little help from the rest of the Newhouse Farm team.

For a limited time only you can come and spend the evening with Dick at his home and be truly entertained! We invite you to join us for a stunning seven course taster menu with a wide range of seasonal British ingredients and delicious cornish produce.

All of the recipes are devised and prepared especially by Dick Strawbridge and the evening is a unique opportunity to relax, ask questions, eat, drink and be entertained by the jovial host.
